This is an opportunity to learn about the City of Toronto's RentSafeTO program, ask questions, and hear from city staff directly. They will be providing a presentation on the program including recent bylaw enforcement updates. Questions? Q&A Session moderated by TAC.

The RentSafeTO Apartment Building Standards Program is run by the City of Toronto and aims to ensure that building owners and operators comply with building maintenance standards and that tenants understand their rights and responsibilities.

RentSafeTO also wants to hear directly from tenants about how the City can improve engagement and messaging to spread awareness of the program. Learn how to get your apartment repairs done!
