The FMTA has played a pivotal role in expanding tenant rights in the City of Toronto and surrounding areas. Through your donation or membership you can become a part of the important work the FMTA is doing for tenants. The FMTA is the largest tenant federation in Canada. As a member you will have access to our newsletter, our events etc. More importantly, you'll help us fight for tenants.

Tenants’ Association rates:

  • $10 per year under 10 members - 3 delegates
  • $25 per year for 10 to 50 members - 3 delegates
  • $35 per year for 51 to 100 members - 4 delegates
  • $45 per year for over 100 members - 5 delegates + 1 per each 50 members

Tenants can also send cash or cheque via mail using our membership form, e-transfer to [email protected] or can use paypal.
