Tenant Education

Our workshops are designed to be as comprehensive as possible. We cover all aspects of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) as they relate to various groups of people in the rental market.

People entering the rental market for the first time are often at a severe disadvantage because they generally haven't had access to education about their rights as tenants. We have found that there are very few resources available for new tenants, consequently we've doubled our efforts to host workshops for people entering the rental market.
